Quartz - Panels
- Product Code: Quartz - Panels
Quartz Panels: A Versatile Optical Material
Quartz panels, renowned for their exceptional optical properties, transmit a broad spectrum of light, including ultraviolet, visible, and infrared radiation. Their exceptional stability in high-temperature and chemically demanding environments is attributed to their low thermal expansion coefficient. These characteristics make quartz an ideal choice for numerous demanding optical applications.
Produced vertically in our factory, quartz sheets can be further processed into a variety of shapes and sizes, including sheets, plates, lenses, windows, panes, disks, substrates, and more. With a SiO2 content exceeding 99.99% and a Mohs hardness of 7, quartz panels offer exceptional durability and clarity. They can withstand temperatures as high as 1100°C while maintaining their structural integrity.
Quartz has found widespread applications across various industries, including:
- Illumination: Providing efficient and long-lasting light sources
- Laser Technology: Serving as essential components in laser systems
- Sterilisation: Utilizing UV light for effective sterilization
- Laboratory Equipment: Offering precision and durability in scientific instruments
- Insulation: Providing excellent thermal and electrical insulation
- Chemical Equipment: Resisting corrosive chemicals and maintaining performance
- Heating Elements: Delivering efficient and reliable heat transfer
